Objectives
- Select the DMAIC problem-solving methodology and demonstrate its relevance.
- Apply the DMAIC problem-solving phases and steps that make them up.
- Select and implement the Lean Six Sigma tools required for DMAIC problem-solving.
- Organize, lead and facilitate a DMAIC problem-solving group in terms of workgroup management.
For whom
This course is designed for employees, particularly supervisors, technicians or engineers, who are required to take part in a Lean or Six Sigma project, or to learn about the fundamentals of the approach.
Prerequisites
Basic use of the Internet and a web browser. Level 4 diploma and/or 2 years' professional experience. Basic notions of quality are a plus.
Duration
28 hours of animated 100% e-Learning, certification practice quizzes, implementation of theoretical points on industrial simulators. E-Learning is available 24/7 for two months for this training course.
