Objectives
- Carry out simple LEAN projects (within the meaning of standard NFX 06 091) at Green Belt level
- Select and implement Green Belt LEAN tools
- Manage, lead and organise simple projects in project mode
For whom
This course is designed for engineers or technicians who have to manage a LEAN project in order to master the concepts of the method and manage a project independently.
Prerequisites
- Basic use of the Internet and a web browser
- Level III diploma and/or 3 years' initial professional experience
- Basic knowledge of quality and process management is a plus
- You don't have to be a Yellow Belt Lean to become a Green Belt Lean.
Duration
56 hours of animated 100% e-Learning, certification practice quizzes, implementation of theoretical points on industrial simulators. The e-Learning course is available 24/7 for 4 months.
