Objectives
- Select the DMAIC problem-solving methodology and demonstrate its relevance.
- Apply the DMAIC problem-solving phases and stages that make them up.
- Choose and implement the Lean Six Sigma tools needed to solve a problem using DMAIC.
- Organising, leading and facilitating a DMAIC problem-solving group in terms of workgroup management.
For whom
This course is designed for employees, particularly supervisors, technicians or engineers, who are required to take part in a Lean or Six Sigma project, or who need to know the basics of the approach.
Prerequisites
Basic use of the internet and a web browser. Level 4 diploma and/or 2 years' initial professional experience. Basic knowledge of quality is a plus.
Duration
28 hours of animated 100% e-Learning, certification practice quizzes, implementation of theoretical points on industrial simulators. The e-Learning course is available 24/7 for two months.
