We called on Ellistat APC to improve the quality indicators of our parts. In order to meet our customer's needs, it was imperative to improve these indicators, but the machine settings were very complicated. The part in question is a foundry part with over 300 measurable characteristics. The setting of the machines had to be done by a setter specialized in this reference. We implemented Ellistat on this reference and the results were immediate. The part is now set up on Monday morning and we are able to re-center all the characteristics after each measurement. Our quality indicators have improved and we have gone from being a troubled supplier to a reference supplier. We now use Ellistat APC on all our industrial sites.
