The objective is to train and empower trainees on LEAN 6 SIGMA projects in order to acquire the BLACK BELT LEAN 6 SIGMA certification of knowledge and competence (in collaboration with UL6S) necessary for LEAN 6 SIGMA referents in companies. This level allows companies to acquire a certain level of autonomy in the approach undertaken.

This training is a "mix learning" training because it integrates 54 online courses on the fundamentals and tools necessary for the BLACK BELT LEAN 6 SIGMA and 8 days of face-to-face training (4x2 days) during which the trainees will carry out practical work and group exercises in order to assimilate the concepts and tools learned online. The benefits of this formula are numerous:

  • fewer days out of the office
  • learning is done at everyone's own pace
  • it is possible to go back to modules as many times as necessary and especially when putting them into practice in the company
